The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Assistant Gaming Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming environment while managing staff and maintaining compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Duties
- supervise daily gaming operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train, and mentor gaming staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle conflict management effectively, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and compliance with financial protocols.
- Document and submit financial reports to management
- Conduct regular inspections of gaming areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with operational standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the overall guest experience and promote events or promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of gaming activities, employee performance, and incident reports as required.
Qualifications
- preferably 2-3 years of proven management experience
- Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
- Proficient in conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and financial reporting tasks.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems, etc.)
- Previous experience in guest services fostering an engaging environment for both guests and employees
- Reliable means of transportation.
