Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Outreach Professional to lead direct outreach efforts through LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, and phone calls.
Your goal: Sign up Canadian businesses to our platform for a 30-day free trial of Job4You.ca.

This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, persuasive, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. You will be the front line of communication, creating connections and driving business adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation

• Send targeted LinkedIn messages, emails, and follow-ups to business owners, HR leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers across Canada.

• Conduct outbound phone calls to businesses.

• Identify and build lists of potential businesses that would benefit from Job4You.ca.

• Maintain consistent daily outreach targets for volume and quality

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Provide daily and weekly progress updates.

• Work closely with the founder/team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Performance Milestones & Bonus Structure

The contract includes a $5,000 CAD base for the 30-day period.
An additional bonus of up to $5,000 CAD will be awarded if outreach goals are met, including:

• Number of businesses signed up

• Engagement metrics of new business users

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• clear english (required)

• Confident and comfortable with cold outreach, including calls.

• Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email automation.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to hit high-volume outreach targets.

• Must be located in Ontario, Canada and understand the Canadian business landscape.
